Sections I, II and III made in high resi stance steel. Sections IV,V made in CIFA CARBOTECH composite material.

Perfect assembling on 3 axles chassis with a weight allowance of 26.000kg

Hydraulic outrigger controls on both sides of the truck.

Front "X" style diagonal outriggers with double telescopic opening and swing-out rear outriggers for a quick and easy set-up also in narrow areas.

STRENGTH AND RELIABILITY

Booms on CIFA truck mounted pumps combine robustness and reliability. Each section was designed to have maximum structural resistance, reducing to a minimum areas subject to stress.

VERSATILITY AND FLEXIBILITY

Different boom configurations of CIFA truck mounted pumps guarantee maximum operation, versatility and allow to reach any area of the worksite, even those hardly accessible, guaranteeing rapidity when manoeuvring.

PUMPING GROUP

Completely removable, the pumping group ensures a delicate, continuous and regular flow. This technology guarantees an extremely effective system in pumping different kinds of concrete, with aggregates of every size, reducing – with equal payload – the number of cycles per minute ensuring minor wear and a longer life cycle to the machine.

"S" VALVE

The new 9" valve guarantees, always, maximum intake performance. The special geometry with different thicknesses allows to have a high anti wear resistance.

WEAR PLATE AND RING

Wear plate and ring are geometrically designed and realized with special materials with specific function of high resistance to abrasions and to stress they undergo due to concrete flow.

BOOM PROPORTIONAL DISTRIBUTOR

Ergonomic hydraulic commands for moving the boom.

RADIO COMMAND

Comfortable and light, it allows remote control of the boom and management of main functions of the machine.

VIBRATOR AND HORN CONTROLLED BY CABLE

External acoustic warning connected by cable to make communication easy between pump operator and mixer operator during use.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS CAN BE DISCONNECTED

Electrical systems can be disconnected and allow and easy and fast maintenance.

STABILIZATION DISTRIBUTOR

Commands to stabilize the pump on both sides with emergency stop system easily accessible.

REAR CONTROL PANEL

The control panel is towards the end part of the pump, next to the pumping group.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Different control systems can be chosen for max safety when using the truck mounted pump.

LSC (LIGHT STABILITY CONTROL)

SMARTRONIC™

Thank to the CAN bus wiring, the system is able to make a complete diagnosis for all the pump components, possible anomalies are immediately indicated. The display shows all the components working or active during pumping such as cylinders, hydraulic pumps, valves, lights and accessories. The system can be updated easily with a simple upload.
